Credit Cards fees

“I love that I get to pay credit card-swiping fees!” said the masochist entrepreneur. Don’t love losing money? Here’s a way to comfort yourself: Electronic payments actually come with a ton of benefits. I used to have a hard time with clients when they wrote out checks with no money in their account… no surprises, the checks bounced. I had to nudge them a whole bunch of times, plus pay bank fees… no fun. With electronic payment, it’s easier to audit for fraud. Check payments may not be taking dollars out of your pocket (not directly anyway), but it is SO easy for people to scam businesses by “paying” with checks. Mind-blowing statistic from Forbes: 66% of organizations have had to fight check fraud. Don’t be a mind-blowing statistic. Accept electronic payments.
