Health Saving Account

Having a hard time paying for band-aids? Create an HSA account.

Okay, kidding about the band-aids.

But there are plenty of other medical expenses that insurance often doesn’t cover.

Orthodontics.

Prescription copayments.

Vitamins.

(Think doctors telling you that your kid needs a $1800 root canal)

I love my HSA account because I get to save money for future medical expenses without paying taxes. At the same time, I can use the money from that account on my current medical expenses, no tax penalty included.

Need help figuring out how to do this?
